Our beets are grown naturally without pesticides, so they are strong beets - just taste them and you'll know it.

All of our production areas are located within a three-hour drive from Kobe, where we are based, making it easy for us to meet and talk at any time, and we feel that this distance is important for creating quality products.

In addition, recent climate change has caused noticeable changes in temperature and rainfall patterns. There is also an urgent need to take measures against animal damage caused by deer and wild boars. Furthermore, aging and population decline in mountainous areas are becoming increasingly serious problems. Although it is not possible to solve all of these problems at once, I believe that by creating an ecosystem for cultivating beets in the region, a new future will become visible.

​1996年、新潟県出身。元プロサッカー選手。2022年、ドイツで現役を​引退後、兄の酒井高徳がプレーする神戸に拠点を移し、兵庫県神戸市東灘区にカフェ「Alster&Garten」をオープン。また、ドイツでプレーしていた際にトレーナーに勧められてよく食べていたビーツを、日本のアスリートにも広められるよう「さかいのびーつ（現：BETTE）」を設立。現在はカフェ事業に集中するために一線を退いているが、アスリート向けの商品開発などに携わっている。
