Return & Exchange Policy

We take the utmost care in the production and packaging of our items. However, please note that some of our products are fragile and delicate, and may be prone to breakage or surface dents.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to minor cosmetic damages such as dents, scratches, or peeling labels on the outer packaging.
Additionally, due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference.

Please also note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

If Your Order Is Incorrect or Damaged

If you receive the wrong item, or if there is a significant issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package by emailing masaki[at]beweis.jp with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Address

  • Product name

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photo(s) of the item
