FARM
Naturally grown. No pesticides.
From our hands to yours.
Our beets are grown without pesticides, nurtured by the natural power of the soil and the land itself. Their flavor carries that strength within.
All of our growing regions are located within a three-hour drive from our base in Kobe.
This close distance allows us to regularly visit the farms, speak directly with our growers, and work together to constantly improve.
It’s this closeness—to the people and to the land—that defines our commitment to quality.

What We Value
Rooted in stillness. Growing with grace.
In a world swept up by the speed of mass production and consumption, we believe that the things that truly matter move slowly—and grow small.
Farming that trusts in the soil and in the hands that care for it begins with honoring the rhythm of nature.
It doesn’t have to be big.
It doesn’t have to be fast.
What matters is that it’s sustainable, rooted in culture, and a source of pride for someone.
That kind of food—that kind of care—is what gives us hope for the future.
With this belief, we grow and deliver our beets in partnership with farmers we deeply trust.

Together with 16 trusted growers
Grown in Hyogo and Kyoto, Japan
We provide beet seeds to our trusted farmers and commit to purchasing their entire harvest.
Rather than sourcing vegetables from the open market, we choose to grow beets in close partnership with producers we know and trust—from seed to harvest, through processing, and all the way to sales.
This approach allows us to deliver beets that are not only safe and traceable, but also something we can genuinely call delicious.
We believe that this kind of deep, ongoing relationship is the key to providing consistent quality and peace of mind.

Certainty is found in closeness. What matters grows from trust.
Every bite is an act of cultivation.
For us, this system ensures we can consistently deliver products we believe are truly delicious.
For our farmers, it offers peace of mind—because they know before planting that their harvest already has a home.
In a globalized world where food is sourced from across continents and supply chains stretch endlessly, we believe there’s great value in being able to trace where and how something is grown—close to home, and with our own senses.
It allows us to be attentive—not only to the food itself, but to the changing realities of those who grow it.
In recent years, we've witnessed the effects of climate change: shifting temperatures, erratic rainfall, and a growing threat from wildlife like deer and boars.
In Japan’s mountainous regions, aging populations and rural depopulation are causing the very foundations of agriculture to become increasingly fragile.
We know we can’t solve every problem overnight.
But we believe that growing beets—together with our producers—can spark new ecosystems, and with them, small but meaningful hope for the future of these communities.
